Mix salt, chilli flakes, dry methi, ajwain and 2 tsp oil in wheat flour
Mix well
Make a some heard but smooth dough with small amount of water....
Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Let heat oil in a kadahi on high flame
Roll puri
Put in hot oil carefully...fry for few seconds and flip it now fry for few seconds
Remove from oil...serve hot with potato or channa
