Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1.5 cups wheat flour


  • 2 tsp dry methi


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 250 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix salt, chilli flakes, dry methi, ajwain and 2 tsp oil in wheat flour
  • Mix well
  • Make a some heard but smooth dough with small amount of water....
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • Let heat oil in a kadahi on high flame
  • Roll puri
  • Put in hot oil carefully...fry for few seconds and flip it now fry for few seconds
  • Remove from oil...serve hot with potato or channa
